Both dwellings comprise of four bedrooms, two living areas, and a double garage. The site posed a challenge due to its steep slope, but we were able to overcome this obstacle by incorporating garages underneath and two storeys’ above. This approach enabled us to minimise site excavation while still providing ample garage space, with all living areas located above ground, resulting in cost savings.

The façade of these modern homes features a combination of lightweight materials, block
claddings, and timber accents, creating a beachy vibe that perfectly complements their coastal location. Additionally, Unit 1 enjoys the added benefit of a double street frontage, enhancing its curb appeal and providing additional access points.
